Fota gets its name from the Irish ‘Fodh Teith’, which translates to ‘Warm Soil’. With its five hundred acres of park, woodland and golf course, it’s the ideal location for the Roofed by the Sky conVENTION.

The 5-star Fota Island Hotel boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, a swimming pool and beautifully designed rooms with countryside views.

Next door is the Fota Wildlife Park, with an aim to conserve global wildlife in open surroundings. You’ll find over 70 exotic species there.
